This 0.96-inch reflective color memory LCD offers a 144×72 pixel canvas for compact interfaces using ambient light. The breakout exposes SPI connections and a 3.3V supply input for a host controller.

I don't have the official datasheet for this panel, so I haven't confirmed its exact model. I tentatively identify it as LPM009M349A and use a similar panel's datasheet only as a reference. Demo current and refresh-rate observations should therefore not be treated as guaranteed specifications.
