Sharing an industrial design concept I've been developing — looking for feedback from people who actually understand small EVs.
**The idea.** Tripod One is a tiny electric 3-wheel personal vehicle: a tall stool-like triangular seat sitting directly over a compact Y-shaped tripod frame (one front wheel, two rear, all tucked under the seat). No floorboard, no backrest, nothing like a mobility scooter — closer to a premium e-scooter crossed with a rolling stool.
**Two styling directions.** Variant A: angular open tripod frame. Variant B: sculpted pebble body with curved wishbone legs and swept handlebars. Same architecture and dimensions underneath.
**Concept specs (targets, not tested — no prototype yet):**
- Footprint 685 × 590 mm, height 1040 mm; ~19 kg target (20.5 kg long-range)
- 36 V 350 W front hub motor (~650 W peak), governed to 20 km/h
- Battery: 10S2P, 20 × 21700 cells, 36 V / 10 Ah / 360 Wh (~25–30 km); long-range option 720 Wh 10S4P (~50–60 km, controller relocates to steering head)
- Tall handlebars with throttle / brake / display; quick-release folding for storage
- Servo-actuated speed-sensitive steering limiter: 30° lock below ~5 km/h tapering to ~2.2° at 20 km/h, capping lateral acceleration near 0.25 g (fail-safe spring return to full lock on power loss)

**Two questions for the community:**
1. Which variant reads better as a consumer product?
2. Anything about the tall-seat / 3-wheel layout that screams "don't do that"?
