So as we all know phosphate is a silent killer depleting our oceans and seas of oxygen. My design concept to help fight this problem is to create small autonomous buoys to go to areas with high levels of phosphate and start cleaning. How would this happen you ask, well first we would get aerial pictures of the infected area via a drone, then the drone would send gps coordinates to the buoy's and they would set of to the location. Now to soak up the phosphate and filter the water we would equip the buoy with a water pump that will be placed close to surface level and attach a pipe with a filter in the end which will pump water in tank to pass a second filtering process and then returned to the sea.
