I built the first v3.0 prototype, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work.

All of the power supply voltages seem correct, and swapping the controller out for a new one didn't change the behavior. It doesn't enumerate properly on the USB bus, as the documentation seems to imply it should, and I just don't think it's booting up properly at all.

The problem now is that I really am not sure where to go next.
