Description

This project start with an idea of self-managed indoor farm. To monitor and manage the system through the Internet is core of this project. This project will be monitoring the value of pH level, water temperature and light of the whole entire system.

Components

  • 1 × Arduino MKR1000 If you know how to do POST request on Particle Photon, you can use it.
  • 1 × DS18B20 Temperature sensor Make sure it come with metal case and it's water proofed.
  • 1 × pH Sensor Atlas is a good brand
  • 1 × TSL2561 Luminosity/Light Sensor
  • 1 × Grow Light you can make your own by using 5050 RGB/warm white LED

    We've make some progress on building hardware infrastructure. After we get Arduino and sensors involved we will use a home server to display it online.
