The SPI SRAM package fits... sort of. The pins are bent down ever so slightly. One side can be soldered with the oxide skin snot technique, for the other side I've used THT resistor leads. Solder them to the pins, trim and repeat. When all are soldered, add a bit of flux and reflow with hot air to make sure the connections are good. Nudge with pliers if needed.
Pin 1 is left floating (CS).
