The ERC check has no errors, but the DRC has some StopMask errors but no overlap or so... I have posted an new image in the log

I think it looks good now. But some traces look unnecessary close to each other. Did you run a DRC and ERC on it, and first setting up the DRC rules for distances, clearances etc.?
top right 4 leds are misaligned btw :)
