I think that most of selling an item is just explaining what the fuck it is. If your audience can see the end product, you're at least halfway to getting them to say "make it so". So I put together a rough concept with accurate dimensions. I stitched images from Google Street onto a block-model of the building. This stupid animation took me about 4 hours. Most of that time was spent stretching and stitching streetview images. Turns out it was worth it. We got a tentative go ahead! It was over the phone... but it's still promising.
They're just working out the price. Shouldn't be unreasonable. We'll probably have this tower up by the end of July!
