Made a sweet Cube speaker in 2010 that was battery powered with a sweet bamboo case.
The battery was wired in parallel with the input wall wort jack for charging.
one speaker on each of the 4 main sides with the same channels across from each other. in a LRLR pattern. 15W/ch is plenty.
  • 1 × Dayton DTA-2 Amplifier from parts express
  • 4 × 8 ohm speaker
  • 1 × sealed lead acid battery
  • 1 × 13.8 volt power supply
  • 1 × bamboo enclosure
