Admittedly as a proof of concept this robot was overkill. It boasts a 9 DOF IMU, Bluetooth , WIFI, 915Mhz RF module, Raspberry pi 2 as the main processor, a atmega2560 for lowlevel interfacing and a 72 RGB led matrix for animations.
