Sorry for the lack of updates. I ended up getting an internship at Tesla so work has been keeping me really busy and my car and equipment are currently 2k KM's away which also makes things difficult. I've made a few more changes to the circuit and it's now more closely based on a standard comparator instead of an inverting amp. Will have those LTSpice images up soonish and also should hopefully be adding some updated C code to the git shortly.

Hi, i just started modding my honda courtesy of having a fuel gauge failure, so one thing led to another and I built my own using arduino.
My knowledge of electronics are not as good, but I'm really interested in your project as it takes signal from the dash meter instead of the common cn2 port. I'm building a new meter and would like to reusing most of the dash meter sockets including for the tach, so this was exactly what I was looking for.
I would be running a stepper motor to drive rpm meter if I can get your schematics working.
