The print finished and it turned out great, everywhere except where I needed it to.
Ending the virtual pulley curve abruptly resulted in zits on the top edge. These zits will grab the line as it slides, and do not cleanup easily in nylon.
Printing it in nylon also made it a bit too flexible and I think it will warp under tension.
Enlarging the virtual pulley to where the top edge is flat should solve this. I'll correct the model and print another one in ABS this evening.
