I just receive my rotary encoders and knob!

The knob looks really great ! It's also perfectly fit the rotary encoder.

But I got a problem : the encoder height is too small. I will have to find a new one, or to enlarge the hole in my radio.

Also I'm a little worry about how the rotary will hold. But let's see in another day.
