So, what about software? I'm actually writing a worklog right now about the software side of "personal information managers", so I wish this project expanded on this, too =)

AND i need to find out how to get random bin files loaded as executables so i can load apps from a sd card

I'm missing one important item in this list: size and weight. It's good idea to consider this at the beginning, as it may interfere with some other items. Also, it may help to cool down the feature creep.

so there is the keyboard + the (most probbably 3.2 inch) display and the 1-3 batteries determing size and wheight
