This project was finally completed.
Visual Vandalism on the web is known as "defacement".

It consists in changing the visual appearance of a website by breaking into its server.
A kind of electronic graffiti.
There is a lot in common between computer hackers and graffiti artists.
Both subcultures are, in essence, fighting for the right of freedom of self expression.
This project is the first act combining these 2 subcultures.
