After research and consideration of time, I have come to the conclusion that this project is not feasible or overly usable (at least in its early stages). I will be changing the topic of my senior research project to a haptic assistance to the blind system.
Currently researching possible haptic output capable devices to utilize or modify in the final ankle bracelet design. Also researching possible Bluetooth connection from personal device to wearable and looking for ways to utilize notification system from Google Maps to provide live output from wearable. Interested in the design of TI Haptic-Bluetooth Kit, may implement some design elements from that product.
