Well the housing agency got back to me and distanced themselves from it as far as they could.

That was expected.

I warned him my next step was complete and total exposure, and he told me that my fight with the Social had nothing to do with him and he didnt want to be mixed up in it as it was , and I quote, 'historic'.

This from a man I owe significant rent to and have broken his terms of tenancy just by existing.

But he wont take on Social Services or the Council to get his money and he cant get it from me without causing a national scandal, so he backed off.

Reminds me of that scene in Highlander, when McCloud is warring with his kinsmen.
