Description

Starting with a cast of the injured hand, we are hoping to get a meaningful scan and design a mechanical or electro-mechanical appendage that can once again hit the Tab key or maybe even hit that third position on the violin again.

Details

First step is to get a scan or other representation of the finger environment (known as a hand). From there figure, design, find and conteplate ways to create a faux fiunger

Speaking as one who can relate to your injury in the first person, I just can't imagine a prosthesis that can work better than my other fingers coming over to fill the gap, as it were. Maybe you're more creative than me, so I hope you can think of something! Good luck!
