Because LabVIEW is proprietary, I made a simple modification to the Arduino Graph Example in Processing so that it will plot the pulse waveform. The code can be downloaded from the project's Instructables.com page at http://www.instructables.com/id/Simple-DIY-Pulse-Sensor/
