I have finished cleaning up my repositories and posted the source for the trackball version of the Zamek here: https://github.com/jareklupinski/zamek

It's still in very rough form, and could definitely use more eyes on the design. I'll still be researching ways to produce the hardware economically while keeping an eye on the repo :)
