The ultimate dust collection system that is 95 % efficient on a Bosch glide SCMS

Dust collection on any SCMS is hassle, in fact most are like a snowblower, but this is the best it gets. There is also the problem of repetitive smaller cuts on the saw fence without the added story rod that macduff addded. With the latest updates the the dust control is now about 98%  the shut under the SCMS  makes most of this improvement

    The SCMS Station is constructed for 3/4in finished plywood, the t-track is attached to a straight ks spruce 2*4, the case is again from 3/4in plywood, the ends should be at 30 degrees backwards from the front of the positioned saw . The front enclosure and the baffles are for 1/4in plywood attached to the front of the case allowing free movement of the saw @ 90 and 45 degrees/ most of the dust will fall into the shute with the applied suction, there is also upward suction from the saw itself to a secondary suction.
