Twardy is my PA/butler with an addiction to Twitter. He also just happens to be a Twitter controlled Home Automation system for my house I built in less than 7$.
The main reason I built this is to turn on the AC and mosquito coils in my room before I get home, so that when i come home, the room is already cooled and free from mosquitoes. But this implementation works for about anything.
Using Twardy, I control my house by just talking to my watch!
  • 1 × Microcontroller Arduino or arduino clone
  • 1 × Arduino Relay shield Can be made at home
  • 1 × A laptop any windows laptop will do
