The primary part of the project relay on the flying autonomous module ( flaumo ) an sphere of robust construction holding equipament ( raspberry pi ) able to measure conditions on the ambient nearby like wind speed, air thickness, polution levels
  • 1 × ADAFRUIT ULTIMATE GPS BREAKOUT - 66 CHANNEL W/10 HZ UPDATES GPS for positioning and geolocalization of the module
  • 1 × AirPi Kit v1.4 - Raspberry Pi weather shield A shield to hold some of the sensors
  • 1 × Raspberry Pi Modelo A + Main CPU unity for the module, gather sensors info as flying controls and stability

The devil is in the details on the instrumentation; pollution (for example) takes many forms, and depending what you want to measure you may find accurate data difficult to obtain. More info?
