Automatic Pick and Place Feeders

The base plate and gears are all manufactured by ProtoVoltaics. The board design, population and programming are all done by ProtoVoltaics as well.

Not many things are as cool as watching a 4000 Watt laser cut through stainless steel at 500 inches per minute.

We will post more videos of the manufacturing process as soon as we finish editing.

We have upgraded the prototype seen on the first video. We have moved the cabling to the back of the unit, and we are using a different gear formation for more torque. The new gear set up also requires more steps to advance the tape forward. This will make for more accurate tape advancement. Here is a picture of version 3 of our feeder.
