Plan for revisions of the hardware:

- the first prototype may cost a lot

- 1st gen will aim for a cost of under $50

- 2rd gen will aim for a cost of under $30? the lower the better.

Design specifications:

- must have a way to detect if it is found and immediately cut all connections, send out a distress signal to a few other nodes to indicate possible compromise, wipe itself

- use minimal physical memory

- must accommodate enough tor connections and be fast enough to be practical
