EFM8 EFM8U EFM8UB Universal bee

This project was created on 02/14/2018 and last updated 8 years ago.

Description

The idea is to have a small, cheap and easy to solder development kit for the EFM8UB (Universal Bee) microcontroller.

The board is 0.6x1 inch (you can order 3 of them for $3 from OSH Park). Capacitors, resistors and LED are 0603 footprint (not that hard to solder with a regular soldering iron) and you can get samples for the microcontroller at Silicon Labs website (take the QSOP24 package type).
