for less than $25, I got:
- 100W cool-spectrum LED (I bet I can run this no problem upwards of 100 ºC)
- CPU cooler (small heatsink plus fan) - this was really cheap but I think it will work ok
- 90 W peltier cooler - this should improve heat transfer between the LED and heat sink, making the LED cooler and the heat sink a bit hotter.
- adjustable DC-DC step-up converter and a 60mm fan
- small LED voltage meter
