Compared to the DRV8836, the DRV8839 has some other features. It has is only capable of driving one Motor, but which much more control option. And driving Motors with it will not be my application. There are two independent Half bridges inside the DRV8839 each with a an enable and output-State input. So you can create two powerful (up to 1.8A) tri-state outputs with it.

The two THT Pads in the middle are for are optional THT-Capacitor. On the sides the Pin-headers do fit directly into a Breadboard.
