Whoa! Lotsa work! Amazing! Did you used hot air or soldering iron for the mini usb connector? I have just soldered one here using soldering iron and removing the excess of solder with threaded wire.

I figured I had to do that at one point and I was in the mood yesterday. It's all soldering iron and luck. The micro usb was in fact the toughest, since I have no solder whick around and stripped wire didn't work much. Four of them where dumb luck done after soldering :)
