Small change to code to swap up joystick to down, (tilt), joystick and visavesta. Not in the supplied code but easy to do with Arduino IDE.

I added a small slide switch on the side the joystick to trigger same a button press to add the slow down movement delay.

Pressing the joystick lever button was too hard to maintain for me for longer times and had poor feedback.

This small small slide switch can be switched on as if the joystick button is being pressed and trigger the extra delay in the code causing slower pan and tilt movements.
