ICEd is Arduino style board based on the only FPGA that is currently supported by fully open source FPGA tools, from source code to bitstram (project icestorm).

ICEd can be used as DIPSY programmer :)

Of course dedicated ultra low cost DIPSY usb programmed and dev tool is coming too, no worries!
