Since the USB micro connector broke off of the first board I had to solder one again. Still have to check if the consumption still is that low and all the code really works as intended.

sadly bubbles :( they were rising slowly and only when I thought they annoy me it was already to late :D

I wonder if you could de-gas the epoxy in with a "food sealer" or other common vacuum device? This note has tips on degassing epoxy (mostly for bubbles that get trapped during mixing, I assume):
