Once you have the texture matched, you'll paint the wall to match. I made sure to sand the lip where the Touchpad rests smooth, almost to the painters tape underneath since I wanted to Touchpad to fit as it it were on my desk.

Now to add some thin metal strips to the back of the HP Touchpad. I just used some black painted metal plates I had and some 3M Double sided tape. Bend the metal to follow the curve of the Touchpad's back.

Add some double-sided tape, butting edges to keep it smooth/flat.

Stick the metal plate to the back, one plate for landscape and one for portrait, since the Touchstone supports charging in either orientation. Since my plates were already painted, I didn't want to cut them so they fit perfectly. This looked fine for my purposes.

Done and working, I can run HP's WebOS, Android ICS Cyanogenmod, and thanks to the Splashtop App I can remote into my Windows or Mac PCs.

You can choose a background that compliments the wall paint color.

Mac OSX and I added a nice screw-less wall plate to the switches below.
