I picked the feedback resistors for 15 V output, and that's what's actually coming out when supplied with 3.3 V:
The layout needs a revision, though:
The bottom left 0402 cap is too small for the 0603 pads (I thought I had ordered the correct part...) but I was lucky and it didn't tombstone. All 0402 pads are too large. The rest seems to be fine.

if you are using Eagle, the ipc-7351 library has the right sizes. That's what I use on my projects.
Those 0402 resistor pads seems a bit long.

Thank you, I do use eagle. Do you have a link to that library?

Ones I have used are: ipc-7351-capacitor.lbr, ipc-7351-diode.lbr, ipc-7351-resistor.lbr, ipc-7351-transistor.lbr and ipc-7351-inductor.lbr

the ipc capacitor and resistor libraries both don't have a 0402 footprint, or am I missing something?

oops...metric size codes, sorry. Well then the libraries footprints are very close to my new revised footprints for both 0402 and 0603 (imperial), so that was helpful! Thanks again.
