Buckster is both buck and boost converter. It also has circuitry to charge the battery over USB. It supports lithium polymer and lithium Ion batteries. It provides 3.3v and 1.8v output voltages.

By that, do you mean connecting them in series? if so, how is that supposed to work? I see no isolation on your pcb, so the supplies probably share ground, so attempting to connect them in series will simply short out one of the channels...
