    Bend pipe into ring, bisect lengthwise into rings of halfpipe.

    Sandwich both sheets between rings.

    Drill holes equally spaced through sandwich.

    Apply ring of water seal between plexiglass, bolt, and inflate.

    If necessary, allow seal to dry.

    Deflate and inject water.
