I had to build a honing head for my other project and I was surprised how well it worked.
Pict. 1: The way to tight hole (huehuehue).
The first thing I did was to design this in a CAD program.
Pict. 2: CAD drawing of the honing head.
One of the thread cutters broke up, so I used only 2 wings instead of 4.
I glued the sandpaper on using super glue, which gets soft when applying heat.
Since I'm trying to learn more about machining and working with metal, I'm planning on improving the design and the build quality.
