Very awesome man Love it. I can't wait to do mine. But i have one question. The LCD is 12v how did you mange to bring it down to 5v with the rest of the other parts like the Pi and the audio amp?

Such a great mod - I love how you've kept the natural aesthetics of the case, yet still managed to route a USB port and stuff out of the existing holes.
