4pcb has my files and I sent them to OshPark as well, which you probably gathered from the new photos. I noticed that there is some banding withe the copper layers and I'll look into that later. I also submitted the same CAD files to 4pcb's FreeDFM site and I'm waiting for an email response. The files clear with a 7 mil tolerence, but since that is so close to 6, I'm wondering if 4pcb will be better. The board is highly dense too weighing in at 460 drills in the 7.25 sq. in area and I know that can be a bit of an issue for some labs. Anyhow, once I get the results back from 4pcb, I'll figure out who I'll order up the prototypes from.
