The following notable changes have been implemented:

• CCD fM changed to 2.0 MHz,
• CCD driving GPIOs moved away from ADC-in
• Certain GPIOs pulled down for virtual GND.
• CCD fM is now user configurable at compile time (and all timing requirements are met dynamically)
• ADC sampletime increased
• bugs fixed
