A small PCB with logic chips to speed up prototyping. This one is actually a project here in my profile somewhere.
An 8-bit micro-controller with the McBastard board, a reference implementation built from around 90 or so 74HC-series chips on a four-layer PCB. It's all on Github.
A 16-bit CPU in Verilog, including development tools for various platforms, and around 10k lines of native firmware, including an assembler and editor. Runs on a Terasic DE1-SOC board at 83 MHz with VGA graphics, PS/2 keyboard and SD-Card.
