    ChronoBloom — 3-ring NeoPixel clock. Ten years, four hardware generations. Current one: ESP32-C3, WiFi, NTP, web UI, ADHD focus nudges. Open source.

    Smart mirror — two-way mirror in a cedar frame I built. MagicMirror stack. Weather, calendar, clock. On the wall.

    IRIS — IRIS is a custom animatronic robot face powered by a distributed AI voice pipeline. Teensy-driven eye, mouth, and LED displays create real-time expression; a Raspberry Pi manages listening and control, while an RTX 3090 workstation runs speech, LLM, and TTS. Built to be a persistent, expressive household presence—not a smart speaker.  More to come.
