Global Space Organization's ES-1 (Open Source)
GSO Earth Station One (GSO ES--1) will be an Earth based 3D printed lunar station mock-up, designed to prepare for our eventual lunar station on the surface of the Moon. GSO ES-1 will be open source with all data available to the public online.

lol, I wont need billions, not for the lunar station, we will be building it from lunar regolith using several different construction methods, including 3D printing.
