Hi thanks for liking #Xts-uBasic, & wish Your CHIP8 project will work as you want... I really like Chip8 & made a couple of emulators in the past => if you can SCHIP8 & play Joust <= tilt me ;)

This is not my first venture into Chip8- erritory. 3-4 years ago I made a small handheld device with a PIC24 and a Nokia LCD that had all of the usual games stored in an externalflash chip. It worked pretty well. I did a revision 2 of it with capacitive touch buttons and as I remember a different MCU... http://dangerousprototypes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=6018
