I'm very glad I've stumbled across this thread. I've been having logistical issues with PCBWay (no fault of theirs), and a US company would serve better. I'll try some of them.

I know you said US, but on a recent project it was actually faster to use JLCPCB than a US company. Their turnaround time with expedited shipping was about a week faster and dramatically cheaper. This was for 20 PCBs.
