The 2SC945 is a high-frequency OSC NPN audio frequency amplifier transistor. It is an old Japanese bipolar audio NPN transistor, which has been widely used in high-frequency circuits for pre-amplification in amplifier applications.

Where To Use 2SC945
Because it has a low base voltage of 5V, it can be easily controlled by an MCU/MPU if used as a switch. It can switch loads of up to 50 volts. With its complementary A733 PNP transistor, it can also be used as an oscillator.
