Using Dallas Makerspace's laser cutter to do some additive manufacturing through subtractive means.

Simple use of a laser cutter. The monitor won't be the fastest or the cheapest, BUT it will be a 60hz monitor that can be customized yourself and rebuilt later.

The cutting templates for the monitor. Use of a drill to ensure that the holes align and go all the way through is a good idea.

  • 1 × LCD controller LCD controller for the display (get off of Ebay)
  • 8 × #8 bolts 2" long Electronic Components / Misc. Electronic Components
  • 16 × #8 Nuts Electronic Components / Misc. Electronic Components
  • 7 × 24x48 sheets of 0.22" acrylic From Home Depot... NOTE: It also works good with plywood.
