Step 1

Cut sheet material using a laser by way of the template.

Step 2

Stack cut out pieces

Step 3

Drill out holes

Step 4

Lengthen the 3 inverter wires

Assemble (according to steps below)

Attach inverter.

Step 7

Insert screen and inverter into assembly and start stacking.

Step 8

Stack the next layer and attach inverter wires.

Step 9

Stack another sheet while attaching the controller to the LCD. (Black cable)

Step 10

Modify the direction of the control's cable connector to be right angle. (Have patience when doing this or you will be dead-bugging wires to the correct points.)
