David H Haffner SrYesterday I had to take some time and re-calibrate my new CCD sensor, the easiest way to do this was using Fluorescein in two diferent types of buffer solutions and then comparing the results against a master reference, which is Fluorescein in Ethanol from the Oregon Medical Laser Center's data resource center.
