Turn the system on and make sure that it operates. Follow the PB7220 instructions to align the THz optics. The system is pretty robust. Once aligned the THz optics stay pretty well aligned.

Place a cup of boiling water near the PB7220 and do a test scan.

Attach the spectrometer to the DJI1000 after letting it charge overnight. With the PB7220 attached to the drone prepare the drone for flight while you also connect the keyboard and monitor to the PB7220 and get the software running.

Once the software is taking data, remove the monitor and the keyboard and let the FAA certified drone pilot fly her to the spot of interest and hover there as long as possible while the PB7220 records the absorption spectrum from 100 GHz to 2 THz.

After the drone has touched down, the data can be removed from the PB7220 with a flash drive. Analyze the data and you are done.
